Where can I buy Powerplus devices or accessories?
You can buy Powerplus at DIY-stores and webshops all over the world. Contact us for more information about a point of sales in your neighbourhood. An overview of all point of sales in Belgium or The Netherlands is coming here soon.

How many years of warranty does Powerplus provide?
The warranty period depends on what range you buy. The blue Powerplus line and grey C Line and E Line offer a two year warranty. The yellow Powerplus X Serie is guaranteed for three years and Powerplus XQ appliances for five years. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
What type of damages are covered by my warranty?
The warranty covers all material defects or production errors. Damage due to wear and tear and incorrect use of the appliance is excluded.
How long does the warranty last for a battery?
A Powerplus battery is supplied with a warranty of six months. Keep in mind that the lifespan of a battery strongly depends on the correct use of the battery and the proper storage.
Where can I have my appliance repaired?
If your appliance is damaged, you can return it to your point of sales. Don’t forget your proof of purchase if your device is still under warranty. Your sales point will send the appliance to our repair service and we will take care of a quick repair. We will make sure that the restored device can be picked up at your sales point as soon as possible.
A part of my appliance is damaged. Can you provide me with a spare part?
Yes of course. We keep our main spare parts in stock. They can be ordered at your sales point. After consultation with our after-sales service, the store will be able to inform you whether the spare piece which is asked for is available.
My appliance is damaged and is still under warranty but I lost the proof of purchase. Is it still possible to have my appliance repaired under warranty?
No, as the original proof of purchase has a decisive role in determining the warranty period, it is not possible to repair the device under warranty without the proof of purchase. Howevere, if you want our repair service to fix your Powerplus appliance, you can bring it back to your point of sales. A cost estimate can be provided before repair.
My tool is damaged but is no longer under warranty. Can I still get my device repaired?
Yes. If you want our repair service to fix your appliance of Powerplus, you can bring it back to your point of sales. A cost estimate can be provided before repair.
Is it possible to subscribe to a maintenance programme for my appliance?
No, we do not offer maintenance subscriptions. However if you are a client of Hubo Belgium, they can offer you a winter maintenance for your lawnmower, hedge trimmer, brush cutter and chainsaw during winter period. Our own repair service will take care of the maintenance of your Powerplus gardening tool.
